OUR SHIPPING POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: Shipping Information Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of being received, and delivery time will depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout. Average delivery times for standard shipping are 2-8 business days. Expedited 2 business day shipping is available at an additional cost. We do our very best to get your delivery to you as soon as possible but please note that shipping times are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be extended during extremely busy times such as the holiday season. All orders are professionally and discreetly packaged and shipped via DHL or UPS. Once your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your tracking information. US State Exclusions While we would love to be able to share our hemp and CBD products with everyone, in order to maintain compliance with International, U.S. Federal and State laws we are currently only shipping to certain States within the United States. Smokable hemp and hemp derived CBD products are Federally legal, however, certain States are not currently allowing for the sale of hemp or CBD products, and some States are specifically disallowing smokable hemp or any amounts of THC. If you live in one of these states, unfortunately, we are not able to sell to you at this time. If you believe that your state has been blocked in error, please notify us at info@wilfreds.org. Keep an eye out for changes in our shipping policy through the mailing list, social media and stay up to date on your local laws. Product availability If a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item, or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund to your original method of payment. Wilfred Cannabis Pre-rolls are sold in licensed dispensaries in California and coming soon to Oregon, they come in packs of 7 x 0.5 gram pre-rolled joints and three different strains - Sativa, Indica and Hybrid. THC levels are generally between 20-26%. They will get you high. Wilfred Hemp/CBD Smokes are made with organic Industrial Hemp Flower, which may also be referred to simply as Hemp flower or CBD flower. The flower we use is grown according to the standards set by the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% THC, the psychoactive ingredient in Cannabis. They are Federally legal, can be sold in standard retail channels, and we can ship them right to your doorstep! Do check your local laws. They will not get you high but please NOTE THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL PASS A DRUG SCREENING IF YOU USE THIS PRODUCT. Due to the consumable nature of our Hemp/CBD products we are not able to accept returns after 14 days from the date of receipt. We can only accept returns on products that are unopened and in their original packaging. The customer bears the cost of both initial and return shipping, so any refund for both cartons or packs will have $5 deducted. If you are unsatisfied, we want to hear from you and make it right.
